Julie (my cousin) came to Belgium this week on business. Fortunately, she was able to stay with us during the week. The kids loved having her here. Luckily, Dan wasn't traveling this week so Julie and I were able to take the high speed train from Brussels to Paris (only 1.5 hours at 300 km/hr to get there!) and enjoy the weekend sightseeing! We enjoyed French onion soup, delicious crepes, cheese fondue, French wine, and more crepes! I have to say, Julie wore me down in the two days we were there. My feet were SOOO sore by the end of the weekend! I had huge blisters on the little toe on both feet! I could barley walk the last day there. Who knew you could power through Paris and see almost all the major sights in just two days! We had fun though and it was all worth it.

As I am downloading pictures tonight, I found these of Dylan. Dan must have given him Ethan's giant lollipop. Boy, Dylan looks like he was thrilled! Obviously something mommy doesn't do! I'm beginning to wonder what else they get away with when mommy's not home!
